Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and Nasib88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nasib88.cam ("the Platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with Nasib88, including but not limited to account registration, use of the sportsbook and live casino services, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and any other activity conducted through the Platform.

Nasib88 is operated as an English-language online gaming platform primarily serving users in Malaysia, including players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other parts of the country. All services are provided in English, and all communications between the Company and Users will be conducted in English.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Nasib88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Company.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Nasib88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Nasib88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all gaming and wagering activities. Access by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, and the Company reserves the right to immediately close any Account found to be held by an underage individual and to void all associated transactions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to court-ordered restrictions on legal capacity are not eligible.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be registered in the name of the individual User. Registration on behalf of another person, or for commercial or proxy purposes, is not permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on the Platform or any equivalent exclusion in another jurisdiction that is recognised by the Company.

Account Registration & Security

Registration is completed by providing accurate personal information as requested on the Platform's registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. The Company reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared across other platforms;
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify the Company immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be attributed to you and treated as your own.

KYC Verification

The Company operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed, and may be requested at any other time at the Company's discretion. Accepted identification documents include Malaysian identity cards (MyKad), passports, and other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all KYC documentation is satisfactorily provided and verified.

Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform.

The Platform and all of its content — including but not limited to software, game engines, odds data, live streaming feeds, graphical elements, trademarks, and text — are the exclusive intellectual property of Nasib88 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

The Company makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, external technical issues, and market data feed interruptions may affect service availability. The Company will endeavour to minimise disruption and will provide notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Nasib88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit.
• The Company does not charge fees on standard MYR deposits; however, third-party payment provider fees may apply and are the User's sole responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account within the processing times published in the Platform's Payment Methods Guide. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the User's own name and previously used to make a deposit to the Account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Platform cashier. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for accounts with completed KYC verification, subject to individual payment method limits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to first processing. The Company targets processing of verified e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 2 hours of request approval.
• The Company reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

The Company may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated clearly at the time the promotion is communicated. Where any conflict arises between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or wagering completion deadline. Unused or incomplete bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: The Company reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging wagers designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated abuse with other Users.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, except where doing so would materially disadvantage a User who has already accepted a promotion and is in the process of meeting its requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Nasib88 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific game rules and betting guidelines applicable to each market or game type. These rules are displayed within each market and game interface on the Platform.

Sportsbook

Sportsbook markets cover a broad range of events including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting fixtures. All bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the time of wagering. Nasib88 reserves the right to limit maximum payout per event, per market, or per User at its sole discretion. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at the Company's discretion if real-time data indicates the bet was placed after the relevant market event had occurred.

Live Casino

Live casino games, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger, are provided by third-party game studios whose own game rules apply alongside these Terms. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems or live dealer results and are final. Technical malfunctions during a live game round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game studio's malfunction policy.

Voidance & Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the wager was placed based on erroneous odds resulting from a technical error; (b) the event to which the wager relates is cancelled or declared void by the relevant governing body; (c) the wager was placed after the event or market had already concluded; or (d) the wager forms part of identified irregular or fraudulent activity.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other stage;
• Creating more than one Account, or allowing another person to operate an Account on your behalf;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information wagering, or any form of sports corruption in connection with wagers placed on the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy services, or any other method of location obfuscation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Company staff or other Users;
• Conducting any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or degrades the performance or security of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account in connection with which prohibited conduct is identified, and to withhold Funds pending investigation. Where the Company determines that prohibited conduct has resulted in unjust enrichment, it reserves the right to void all associated wagers and recover any Funds withdrawn in connection with such conduct.

Responsible Gambling

Nasib88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of addressing financial difficulties. The Company requires all Users to be 21 years of age or older, and actively enforces this requirement through its KYC process.

The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible to all registered Users, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion options. Where the Company identifies patterns of User behaviour consistent with problem gambling — including but not limited to unusual deposit frequency, increasing stake sizes following losses, or self-exclusion requests followed by attempts to re-register — it reserves the right to restrict access pending a welfare review. The Company may, at its discretion, mandate a cooling-off period for any User where it has reasonable concern for that User's welfare.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including all software code, user interface designs, graphical elements, trademarks, trade names (including "Nasib88"), logos, game engines, betting algorithms, odds data, and written content are owned by or licensed to the Company. No licence, right, or interest in any intellectual property is granted to Users beyond the limited access licence described in Section 5 of these Terms.

Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Breach of this provision may give rise to civil liability and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nasib88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content, including odds data;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Gambling losses arising from use of the Platform, which are the sole responsibility of the User;
• Any technical malfunction in third-party payment infrastructure.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any and all claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the twelve-month period preceding the relevant claim.

Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, irregular, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider; or any other circumstance in which the Company considers it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

Where an Account is suspended or closed, the Company will notify the User by email to the registered address. Any Funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any deductions required to recover losses suffered by the Company as a result of the User's breach, including voided bonus winnings and costs associated with investigating prohibited conduct.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the Company through the live support channel or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the User's verified payment method.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the applicable jurisdiction. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve User complaints informally before any formal dispute resolution process is initiated.

Users may submit formal complaints by contacting the Company at [email protected], clearly stating the nature of the complaint, the Account involved, and the remedy sought. The Company will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

Nasib88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Users' rights or obligations — the Company will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to registered Account holders prior to the amendments taking effect.

Where amendments are non-material — such as minor clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in the Company's operational procedures that do not adversely affect Users — such changes may be made without prior notice, but will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at nasib88.cam/terms-conditions.
